We provided service for Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Weight loss and many other primary care conditions. We do not provide services for emergent conditions. Please call 911 instead.
ADHD, Weight loss and Anxiety visits may be prescribed stimulants and Benzodiazepine respectively, if deemed appropriate by the provider. No other controlled substances are prescribed.
